RETURN POLICY

RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS 

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items will only be refunded as they appeared in their original condition.  Please note that due to hygiene reasons all earrings are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.

Please complete your return by including your invoice/receipt of purchase that we provided in your parcel. Stating the returned items. The address to return to will be attached to your invoice. 

PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS 

Confirmation of your return will be sent over to you when we have received the item and it is being processed.

Please return all items securely ideally with proof of postage. Unfortunately we do not hold responsibility for the returning of items if lost on the way back to us.
